Ampullate WP to Static site generator

This is a fork of the original wp2static site generator created by https://wp2static.com, the developer of which was hired by Elementor, at which time they stopped development of this plugin.

Ampullate has extended its capabilities with a number of filters and actions that can be used, and has fully developed the Netlify plugin so that large deployments to Netlify succeed. This plugin is used by a large client of Ampullate.
