Netlify deployment add-on for Ampullate WP to Static

This is a fork of the original Netlify deployment addon for wp2static site generator created by https://wp2static.com, the developer of which was hired by Elementor, at which time they stopped development of this plugin.

Ampullate has corrected its capabilities so that large deployments to Netlify succeed. This add-on is used by a large client of Ampullate.
